Help me plan [every weekend from now through New Year's] for my family. I want it to feel fun and special, not exhausting, and I don't want to spend hours researching.
Here's us:
Where we live: [your zip code or town]
Kids: [ages, and what each one is into right now]
How far we'll drive: [e.g. 30 minutes]
Already on the calendar: [sports, parties, work trips, family visits]
Must-dos with a date: [e.g. class party on Dec 18]
Things we'd love to do: [e.g. pumpkin patch, see Santa, Christmas lights, bake cookies]
Budget: [rough number, or "mostly free"]
How full I want it: [e.g. Friday low-key at home, Saturday one big adventure, Sunday mornings only, Sunday afternoons free]
Before you plan, ask me up to 3 quick questions if anything important is missing. Then search the web for real local events that fit, and mix in easy at-home traditions on the other days. Give me a plan weekend by weekend with the day, time, what we're doing, where, and a short note. Flag any weekend that looks too full. Add a short prep list of what to buy, book or order and by when. Only include events you actually found, with a link, and mark anything you couldn't confirm "CHECK BEFORE GOING."
