Copy the entire prompt once and paste it into a new AI chat.
Upload your Notes screenshots. You can send multiple screenshots at once.
If one note spans several screenshots, include all of them. The AI will combine overlapping sections and remove duplicates.
Review the START HERE: 3 THINGS section first instead of trying to tackle the entire organized list at once.
Check anything the AI flags as unclear or cut off and answer any essential questions it asks.
Keep using the same chat if you want to add more screenshots later.

Sam’s Tips
Don’t clean up your Notes before uploading them. The messy version is actually the most useful because AI can help sort out what is a task, idea, purchase or reference.
Include overlapping screenshots when a note is longer than one screen. The prompt tells AI to combine them instead of treating them as separate notes.
If you have a lot of screenshots, send them in batches rather than trying to upload your entire camera roll at once.
Pay the most attention to START HERE: 3 THINGS. The goal is to give yourself somewhere manageable to begin, not create an even prettier overwhelming list.
If something in your note is vague, let AI flag it instead of letting it confidently guess what you meant.
These screenshots are from my iPhone Notes. They’re a mix of things I need to do, random ideas, things to buy, and information I wanted to keep.
Help me turn them into a simple plan I can actually work through, not another overwhelming list.
Read all the screenshots. Some may show different parts of the same note. Combine those and merge duplicates without losing important details.
Start your response with:
START HERE: 3 THINGS
Suggest the three most useful tasks to start with, using any actual deadlines, dependencies, or consequences mentioned in my notes. For each one, give me the first small action to take and a brief reason for choosing it.
If there isn’t enough information to confidently prioritize, make that clear. Don’t invent urgency or assume everything needs to happen today.
Then organize everything into these sections:
TO DO
Actual tasks, written as clear actions. Keep any deadlines I included.
IDEAS TO KEEP
Things I’m considering or might want to do later. Don’t turn every idea into an obligation.
SHOPPING
Things I mentioned buying or researching. Separate “need to buy” from “considering.” Don’t add new purchases.
REFERENCE
Useful information to keep that doesn’t require action.
Important:
Preserve names, dates, quantities, and other important details exactly as written.
Don’t invent missing information or guess at unreadable text.
If something is cut off or unclear, flag it.
If you aren’t sure what I meant by a note, say so rather than confidently interpreting it.
Put any essential clarifying questions at the end, with no more than three questions.
Use short headings and simple checklists, not a large table.
Keep it concise without silently dropping unique items.
Only organize and suggest next steps. Don’t send messages, make purchases, or change my calendar.
