School Email Decoder
My ChatGPT prompt · 5 minutes · ChatGPT (free or paid)
Our school newsletter this week was 2,000 words. I didn't read any of it. I gave it to ChatGPT instead.
About 3 and a half minutes later, I had just the dates, what to send in and what to sign. It even caught an early dismissal and a no-school day I would have missed. Then it offered to put the dates on my calendar and asked who to invite. My husband, obviously.
It works in any ChatGPT, free or paid.

Take me to the formA few tips:
- Paste the whole thing. It's made for long newsletters, so you don't have to trim anything.
- Keep this chat. Next week, paste the new newsletter in the same chat and it'll do the same thing.
- If you'd rather not share names, delete them before you paste. It still works.
